APPLICATION
Our goal at Troops With Paws is to help disabled US veterans acquire service dogs. We may not be in a position to provide a support dog at no cost, but we can help ease the financial burden. If you have tried other organizations and have not been accepted into their programs, we may be able to help cover a portion of the cost. Please fill out the application and we will conduct a thorough review. We will contact you if we have questions, concerns, or if we’ve made our decision.
Below are the basic requirements to qualify for our assistance program.
• You must be a disabled US veteran.
• You should already be dealing with a certified service dog trainer.
• Your potential service dog must be from a dog rescue or shelter.
